First of all, our door was locked and we couldn’t even get into the room to stay the night. They had us stay in some other hotel that was dirty and disgusting with stained sheets and a strong odor.

8 / 10

The property was wonderful other thing the room could have had better lighting!

we rented room 201 through Hotels.com. The floors looked to have not been moped within the last 6 months. Sunscreen, or something sticky, was on the floor causing dirt and grime to stick to it in several places and it was nasty. Either the washer or the water heater leaked all in the floor the whole time we were there. We didn't inspect it to closely because it was so nasty in the closet where the water was coming from. I will say the appliances seemed to be new and clean and the showers appeared to be new. I killed a roach in the bathroom, but thankfully that was the only one we saw. I would not rent again at this location.

4 / 10

Our overall stay was good I would stay there again for sure there were only a few things that I didn’t like one was no rules were followed or enforced in the pool area and there was no pool bar like the website indicates and shows it was there but never opened and we were told that it was not gonna ever open back up. The room was comfy but not clean by no means until we cleaned it ourselves
