The staff were super helpful and friendly and the room was really nice! We loved the aesthetics of the building the style of the furniture in the room. No pool and finding the laundry was a bit confusing but it was free so can't complain! Would definitely stay here again.

This was our first experience of a Hilton hotel managed by PlaceMaker! So impressed that we booked another Hilton PlaceMaker hotel in Austin when we traveled there next.
The property was great, with a fun and funky appearance. The room was small, but enough for our needs. The staff couldn’t be more helpful.
Parking at the property was very expensive and so the staff recommended somewhere around the corner, which was more cost-effective and worked out great for us.
Location was pretty much walkable to just about everything we wanted to do.
Our only issue was the verification process that they required. As international travelers, our esim does not allow text messages or telephone calls. The verification program automated message kept reminding us that we needed to fill in the form & to call them if we were having trouble, which of could not.
We did find this to be very very stressful as we thought we might lose our accommodation.
We just think the powers that be should be aware that not all travelers will have access to a phone and text messaging.

Room was clean but really small. It was very convenient getting to the River Walk so we didn’t really spend too much time in the room. Staff were super nice. Will stay there again if we go back to San Antonio.
