The property is located in the ancient medieval village of Valle (Serramazzoni), 30 minutes from Modena and 15 minutes from Maranello.
In the heart of the Apennines between Tuscany and Emilia, very close to Modena and just a stone’s throw from Maranello and Sassuolo (the town is best known for its production of ceramics and tiles, industries that make Sassuolo one of the region’s major industrial centers).
This ancient stone tower has been renovated in keeping with traditional local architecture.
