Large house with plenty of space for families and friends
Welcome to the Ostsee Landhaus-Mähl.
The house can accommodate up to 23 people, making it perfect for large families and groups of friends.
About the house:
The entire house, including outbuildings and approximately 2,000 square meters of well-maintained property, is available for rent. The outdoor area features plenty of plants and a large lawn. You can enjoy the sun and relax on the lounge chairs here. Cars can be parked for free at the back of the property under the carports.
The main house:
The large kitchen, equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, is perfect for cooking together. A dishwasher, a large toaster, a coffee maker, a microwave, and much more are available here.
The living room is spacious, featuring a corner couch, an XXL armchair, and a 65-inch TV with smart features (Netflix, etc.). There’s also a large 3.50-meter dining table with plenty of solid-wood chairs, as well as an electric fireplace. Adjacent to this is the veranda, where guests can play games. The display cabinet contains board games for all ages.
Upstairs, you’ll find four additional bedrooms.
The third bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed (140x200m). Next door is another separate bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200m) and an extra bed (90x200m). Both bedrooms can be connected via a connecting door. In the fifth bedroom, you can enjoy a good night’s sleep in a king-size bed (180x200m) and a single bed.
There are two additional bathrooms on the upper floor, each equipped with a shower. You’ll also find another living room here with a small kitchen (pantry), a sleeper sofa, and another TV. Adjacent to this is the sixth bedroom with a double bed (180x200m).
The first outbuilding: on the first floor is the relaxation room with a cozy sauna and a wood-burning fireplace, as well as another bathroom with a cold shower. A washer and dryer, along with a small library, are located here. On the upper floor, which is accessed via a separate outdoor staircase, there is another bedroom for 4 people with a queen-size bed (160x200m) and two single beds (90x200m).
The second outbuilding: A separate outdoor staircase leads to another bedroom for 2 people. This room is furnished with two single beds (90x200m).
Free Wi-Fi is available.
You must bring your own bed linens and towels or rent them from local providers.
There are 2 terraces with patio furniture, perfect for cozy barbecue evenings.
A beach umbrella, lounge chairs, and a beach chair let you enjoy the Baltic Sea air.
For our youngest guests, we’ve provided a slide, a balance bike, and a children’s table.
