Family-friendly activities and an extensive network of biking and hiking trails are accessible all around Sontra. Our two vacation apartments, located in the converted barn, await you.
The two vacation apartments are situated in the Hessian “Frau Holle” mountain region. A large garden and a construction trailer with a terrace and barbecue facilities, parking, and an electric vehicle charging station are available. Eisenach and Wartburg Castle are about 40 km away. There’s a good network of bike trails along the Fulda and Werra rivers, as well as popular motorcycle routes. A large hiking area with premium trails in all directions, a barefoot trail, and a wildlife park in Germerode. Sontra offers an adventure water park and a pump track bike park with trails. You can also try gliding. The two-bedroom apartments are identical and located in the newly renovated barn. Modern design meets a village setting. Bedroom with a box-spring bed, TV, and desk; modern country-style kitchen with a dishwasher; separate living room with a sleeper sofa and TV; Wi-Fi; safe; Bluetooth radio.
