About this apartment rental

Cozy alcove on the upper deck. Private beach chair with an unobstructed view of the Fehmarnsund Bridge and the Burgtiefe harbor. There are no final cleaning fees.

Starting in the 2026 season, this houseboat will be moored at the Burgtiefe marina on Fehmarn, near Südstrand (no longer in Burgstaaken).

The houseboat Kaddis Sunshine warmly welcomes you to the Burgtiefe marina with a view of the Fehmarnsund Bridge. Spend every day of your vacation right on the water, with an unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea and the surrounding nature.

The houseboat features a living area of approximately 36 m² as well as a large, fully usable sun deck of approximately 40 m² with an alcove.
Suitable for 4 adults and 2 children.

It is equipped with 3 bedrooms:
1st bedroom in the entryway with a bunk bed for 2 people (80 cm x 200 cm).

The second bedroom is located in a separate room to the left of the entryway and features a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm).

The third bedroom is integrated into the alcove on the upper deck. It is accessible via a spiral staircase from the living area and features a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm).

The spacious living area, with an integrated kitchen and dining table, seats up to 6 people.

On the spacious terrace, accessible from the living area, you can enjoy your morning coffee or tea, or host a delicious barbecue in the evening, right on board. Alternatively, you can enjoy your morning coffee or tea on the terrace facing the dock.

The shower room is equipped with a shower, sink, mirror, and hair dryer; underfloor heating is available only in this room. The houseboat has a 40-liter hot water boiler (hot water is therefore available only in limited quantities based on usage).
The toilet is located in a separate room across the hall.

Mobile Wi-Fi with limited bandwidth is available on board.
A satellite TV is integrated into the living area.

A special attraction for the whole family is the illuminated floor window in the living area. Here, you can observe the underwater world.

The entire upper deck is fully accessible.
Here you’ll find your own beach chair, a cozy rattan seating area, and pallet furniture for relaxing.
You’ll have an unobstructed view of the sea, the Fehmarn Sound Bridge, and the activity in the harbor.

Combine the comforts of a vacation rental with the adventure of a boating vacation!
