The villa is located in the grounds of the well-known Mezzatorre Hotel.
It’s perfect for those who want to experience the island away from the hustle and bustle, yet just a 10-minute walk from the charming center of Lacco Ameno, which offers every kind of service (restaurants, pizzerias, bars, beach clubs).
The house offers direct access to the famous (fully equipped) beach of San Montano, where you’ll find the Negombo thermal baths (just a 5-minute walk away).
It is laid out over two levels, ensuring maximum privacy for each room. There is also a shared outdoor area featuring an 8-person hot tub, a gazebo with a sofa and armchairs, and a patio where you can enjoy al fresco lunches or dinners.

On the first level, there is a guest suite equipped with a double bed, TV, mini-fridge, air conditioning, closet, and a bathroom with a shower. On the upper level, you’ll find the garden with the gazebo, complete with armchairs and sofas where you can spend your evenings. In addition, the villa features a fantastic outdoor hot tub that seats 8, perfect for those who want to relax under a starry sky.
On the same level is the second guest house, also equipped with a double bed, TV, mini-fridge, air conditioning, closet, and bathroom with shower.
On the other side of the garden is the house with a kitchen, equipped with an oven and dishwasher, and two bedrooms, both with a double bed, air conditioning, TV, and closet. These two rooms share a large bathroom with a very spacious shower.
There is also an outdoor shower in the garden.
An extra bed can be added to any of the rooms upon request for an additional fee.
