This beautiful, comfortable apartment for 2–4 people is located in a completely quiet setting in the new, exclusive “Simon von Utrecht” residential complex, about 150 m from the beach and a 10-minute walk to the town center. The apartment is high-quality and tastefully furnished. Wooden lattice windows, underfloor heating, light-colored floors, and Wi-Fi round out the living comfort. The cozy living-dining area features a fireplace, a flat-screen TV with satellite reception, and a radio/CD player. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove with an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The apartment includes 2 bedrooms (each with a 90x200 cm bed) equipped with a TV, as well as a bathroom featuring marble and granite finishes and a walk-in glass shower. The south-west-facing balcony is a great place to relax, and on cold evenings you can enjoy the cozy warmth of the fireplace. Firewood can be purchased from the building superintendent for a fee. The apartment is accessed via a separate entrance; a parking space next to the building and a lockable bicycle shed are available. The sauna is perfect for relaxing and unwinding.
