About this apartment rental
This allergy-friendly vacation rental is located on the upper floor of the "Waldecker Auszeit" vacation home, a renovated farmhouse on the edge of a farm in a quiet setting in the Höringhausen district, not far from the Kellerwald-Edersee Nature and National Park. With 2 bedrooms, a sleeper sofa, and a fold-out bed in the living room, the 100-square-meter apartment accommodates 6 people—or even 7 if there’s a baby. For groups of more than 6, 2 additional bedrooms (each with 2 beds) and 1 additional bathroom (double sinks, accessible shower) can be booked. These rooms are located on the same floor in a separate hallway (see floor plan). Thus, the entire 140 m² apartment can accommodate up to 11 people. Families with children are warmly welcome!
The apartment is accessible via a separate staircase in the adjacent building.
The apartment features a bathroom with an accessible wellness shower. The spacious kitchen features a kitchen island and is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer combo, a microwave, and two coffee makers. The dining area and kitchen are located in one spacious room, perfect for enjoying cooking evenings together. The new and modern interior design, along with the apartment’s bright, welcoming, and spacious rooms, invite you to relax.
Bicycles can be stored in the stairwell, and e-bikes can be charged there. A washing machine and a clothes dryer are also available here for shared use with the ground-floor apartment. The apartment includes a terrace with patio furniture and a grill.
The vacation home features another vacation apartment on the first floor. Upon request, the entire house can be rented, offering space for up to 18 people.
Bed linens and towels are currently not provided.
A tourist tax of 1€ per day for adults is payable separately.
Rentals to youth groups, residential groups, children’s homes, and construction crews are not permitted.
