You can look forward to a great view of the mountains and space for up to 6 people.
From the covered underground parking garage (max. height 2.1 m! Not accessible with a Jetbox), you’ll reach the apartments via a few steps at entrance 2.1. You’ll find a 50-square-meter oasis of comfort, featuring 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a shower and toilet, a living/dining area with a sleeping alcove including a loft bed, and a kitchen.
You can enjoy your morning coffee at LUXESCAPE on the covered balcony—complete with a view of the mountains—while you decide whether to head into the mountains or head down to the lake in the valley for some water sports.
The nearby gondola at the middle station (within walking distance) takes you to the Gerlitz summit, where you can carve a few turns down the slopes in winter or ride a mountain bike down the trail in summer, soar through the air on a paraglider, or explore the hiking trails.
The amount of the local tax is set by the tourism association and adjusted as needed. We have no influence over any changes.

The bedroom features a cozy 1.80-meter double bed. In the living/dining area, you’ll find a sleeping alcove with a loft bed, a pull-out sofa bed with a sleeping surface measuring 1.40 x 1.95 meters, a TV, a spacious dining area, and a bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a kitchen island, refrigerator, and everything else you need. And if you DON’T FEEL LIKE cooking, you can have breakfast or dinner just a few meters away at the Alps Kitchen restaurant at the Alps Resorts hotel (not included in the price).
Smoking is not permitted in the LUXESCAPE apartment! Dogs are not allowed in this apartment!
On-site costs: We provide you with bed linens and towels. You’ll also find a welcome pack of coffee and tea, all free of charge. Additional services: - Late check-out is subject to availability and can be booked for an additional fee.
