I loved a lot of things about this property. Initially I thought it was in an apartment complex, but it's not - bonus! The building is under construction, but the inside is fabulous. There is only one other tenant on the opposite end of the building, so it was extremely private. Centrally located to the historic district and pretty much everything we needed to get to (coffee shops, restaurants, Southgate mall, grocery stores, etc. It was only a block from a park where we could walk our dog. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe. I liked the big TVs in both the bedroom and the living room and the Wifi worked well for streaming movies. The beds were comfortable. The bedroom had AC that worked very well. I liked the ceramic dishes and quality knife set. The place was mostly very clean and extra towels could be found in the closet. A few things that could improve the property: AC in the living room (it got hot in there) a few extra dish towels, a cheese grater, extra t.p., cleaning the dust bunnies from under the furniture. But none are deal breakers; I'd stay there again and recommend it for sure. Thank you

This place is ideal for two to four people who want to have a nice place with a full kitchen, nice bathroom, and two very comfortable beds. It seems to be centrally located, which is an extra benefit.

The property was welcoming for pets but difficult since there was no yard and lots of stairs.
