About this cabin rental
Elk Meadow Lodge is a 2 bedroom 2 bath cabin with great views and just the right size for a cozy getaway or a family retreat.
All RATES QUOTED are for the 2 BEDROOM option.
The cabin can also be rented as a 3 Bedroom. (An additional King bed)
If you want to book the 3 bedroom option - please select it on the Confirmation Page under 'Optional Add-Ons'
The cabin will sleep 6 if you choose the 3 BEDROOM option.
The cabin has 2 King Size Bedroom Suites. One on main floor and and one on second floor. There is also a loft with a Sofa and an additional TV. Both with full baths so the cabin will accommodate 4 people. Enjoy the loft for some relaxing time with a book or turn on your favorite game on the 50" wall mounted flat screen TV. Sneak to the one of the decks to rock your cares away and maybe catch an Elk grazing in the field. Bring your sweetheart or family for a tiny glimpse of paradise....Ahhh the view......
Picturesque setting with unobstructed year round wide open mountain views of the famous WATERROCK KNOB. The cabin has approximately 1808 sq feet of living area, plus it has a large wrap around deck in the front, back, and side. The cabin has rustic charm with an amazing views of Waterrock Knob from all windows. Custom stone fireplace turns on at the touch of a button, large loft and family room, and kitchen with granite counter tops. Relax on the wrap around porch and watch the lightning bugs and the Elk graze in the meadow with the mountains as a backdrop, simply beautiful. Both bedrooms have plush king beds.
Please be aware that there is new construction nearby. While the lodge itself remains a serene and tranquil haven, guests may occasionally hear the sounds of construction. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as the area continues to develop.

To secure your reservation there is a 50% Reservation Deposit by credit or debit card at the time of renting. Your remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival. If you rent within 30 days of your stay, the total amount will be charged to your credit/debit card at the time of renting.

A 60 DAY NOTICE IS REQUIRED FOR A FULL REFUND! NO EXCEPTIONS*** NO CREDITS***Please purchase the CFAR insurance upon booking to insure your trip in the case you need to cancel. A $100 FEE CANCELLATION will apply to ALL Reservations.

From the moment we arrived we knew we chose the right place for a quiet getaway.
The cabin was way beyond what we expected.
Everything we needed was available.
Camille would reach out if there was anything we needed. Location wise was perfect good restaurants in the Maggie Valley area.
We also took advantage of Waynesville with a community theater and of course more wonderful restaurants.
Met people walking in the area that took the time to chat. Very friendly community
Camille couldn’t have been a better host.
We will absolutely return to this wonderful location!

I would highly recommend the Elk Meadow Lodge! This is our second year staying at one of the Willow Tree cabins and won't be our last. It was so beautiful and it was a great place to reunite with family. Camilla is such a great host and communicates very well and makes everything so enjoyable! The cabin is absolutely lovely with everything you need and is very well decorated. The views of the mountains and cows and elks sitting at the table is priceless. I really wish we didn't have to leave.

The cabin is beautiful, well maintained and very clean. The owners are very friendly and helpful. This is our 2nd time staying here. And we will stay again. This was our 1st time seeing the elk there.

Everything about the cabin was absolutely amazing! Well appointed, super comfortable beds and the VIEW can’t be beat. Loved seeing elk every day either in the neighborhood or in the close fields. Sitting on the porch and taking it all in was our favorite part of the trip.
