Enjoy a relaxing vacation at “Ferienhaus Sonnenweg 40”—with a stunning view of Lake Diemel. This modern vacation home offers comfort across 75 m² of living space and is ideal for couples, friends, or families of up to four people. Your dog is also very welcome.
**Living & Relaxing**
The spacious living area is open and flooded with light. The wood-burning fireplace provides cozy warmth on cooler days while you make yourself comfortable on the plush sofa. On warmer days, the terrace with its garden lounge invites you to enjoy breakfast outdoors or relax in the sun. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need for cooking together—with a dining area right next to it and a view of the greenery.
**Sleeping**
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds that guarantee a restful night’s sleep. Both rooms can be darkened and are each equipped with their own TV—for relaxing evenings tailored to your taste.
**Wellness Bathroom with Sauna**
After an active day at the lake, the bathroom invites you to unwind—with a private sauna, large shower, and whirlpool tub. There’s also a separate guest restroom—ideal for families and comfortable stays with multiple guests.
**Family-Friendly**
The house is also perfectly equipped for families with small children: a high chair, a travel crib, a stair gate, as well as a game console and a selection of books and games ensure a relaxing vacation with children.
