About this apartment rental
Apartment located in a beautiful setting within a residence at an elevation of 850 meters. Ground-floor unit. Ample private parking.
The apartment is ideally situated for hiking or biking in the surrounding mountains or for day trips to Lake Como or Lake Lugano, both just a few dozen kilometers away by car.
At the end of the day, you can enjoy the panoramic view or a glass of fine wine by the fireplace.
The 80-square-meter apartment consists of an entryway, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. Upon request, a crib for small children (complete with linens at a cost of 10 euros per day) and a high chair can be provided.

To reach the apartment, you’ll need to drive through the village of Casasco. Please be careful at certain points where the road is a bit narrow.
Just 4 km away, you’ll find various restaurants and supermarkets.
From April through September, there is a tourist tax of 1.00 euro per day for each person over 12 years of age.
