Welcome to Haus Seeufer, right on the lake!
Our modern vacation home with a lake view can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Information on additional costs and fees:
A parking space is available free of charge.
Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
Electricity, water, and heating are included.

Construction work may be taking place in the newly built Seepark during your stay.
Please understand that complaints made after your stay will not be accepted.
On the first floor, you’ll find a spa-style bathroom with a whirlpool tub, separate shower, and an in-home sauna that invites you to relax.
The entryway leads to the fully equipped kitchen-living room with an adjoining dining area. Here you have the opportunity to whip up a meal just the way you like it.
The living area, with a sofa and two cozy armchairs, offers the perfect setting to linger in front of the crackling fireplace on chilly evenings.
Step out onto the terrace and enjoy a breathtaking view of the lake as well as the surrounding flora and fauna. In the summer, this is the perfect spot to end the day in an idyllic setting.
A staircase leads you to the upper floor and the gallery, which, thanks to its panoramic windows, also offers a magnificent view of the lake.
The upper floor also features two bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed.
The house is located close to downtown in a quiet waterfront setting near Lake Vechtesee.
There is direct access to the network of bike paths in Nordhorn, a city renowned for its cycling infrastructure. Nearby attractions include the Nordhorn Zoo, the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a skate park, shopping options, and a movie theater.
The border with the Netherlands is just a short bike ride away. At nearby Lake Vechtesee, there is a pedal boat rental with direct access to the city center’s canals and to the Seepark.
The pricing takes into account any potential disruptions caused by construction activity.

Nice Place with some Extras.
Sauna & Spa
Sweet Two bedroom house with view on the lake.
On our Weekends we had no Problem with noise and could enjoy the peace with the hole Family.
