Our house with a vacation apartment (5-star DTV rating) is located in Chieming, in the Egerer neighborhood. The entire house, including the vacation apartment, was renovated and energy-efficiently upgraded in 2023 and meets the highest standards for thermal insulation and cooling (including the roof truss!). With 83 square meters of living space, we offer a new, fully equipped built-in kitchen, TVs in both bedrooms and the living room, a bathroom with a shower and bathtub (skylight), a carport, and a parking space. The apartment is fully tiled with underfloor heating, decentralized ventilation, an exposed roof truss, blackout skylights, a large dining table for 6 people, 2 bar stools, a couch (with pull-out function), a reading lounger, a coat rack in the stairwell, wine glasses, and Wi-Fi. You’ll especially enjoy the stunning view of the Chiemgau Alps from our loggia. By bike, you can reach the center of Chieming or Lake Chiemsee in 5 minutes. Pets are welcome upon request; we charge a flat fee for this service. You can add this as an optional extra during the booking process.
Our newly built vacation apartment, with 83 square meters of living space, is located on the top floor (2nd floor) of our house. It includes a carport (with hooks installed for chaining bicycles) as well as an additional large parking space. The apartment features a master bedroom with a TV and a large closet, as well as an additional bedroom with a TV and a small closet for one more person. The spacious bathroom, equipped with a shower and bathtub, offers a romantic view of the Bavarian night sky through its large skylight. The large living/dining area offers plenty of space for the new, fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, marble countertop, bar stools, a large dining table for up to 6 people (which can also be used as a small home office space if needed), a couch, and a TV. The exposed roof trusses and south-facing windows create a soothing atmosphere at any time of day or year, and thanks to the full insulation, the room maintains pleasant temperatures at all times. In particular, the spacious outdoor seating area with poly rattan furniture offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the Chiemgau Alps—from the Watzmann to the Karwendel Mountains—and, in some sections, all the way to Lake Chiemsee. Our “Panorama Suite” owes its name to this nearly unique view. The vacation apartment is equipped with very modern amenities: three flat-screen TVs, a radio, Wi-Fi, and a small library. The washing machine is located in the building’s laundry room. For longer stays of 3 weeks or more, special rates may be available depending on the season and booking status. The immediate proximity to Lake Chiemsee and the Chiemgau Alps is ideal for excursions into Bavarian nature (whether on foot or by bike). A grocery store and a bakery are within walking distance, as is the Goriwirt inn with its excellent cuisine and beer garden. In winter, cross-country ski trails and downhill ski slopes are just a few minutes’ drive away. Gut Ising, with its golf course and equestrian facilities, is a 10-minute bike ride away.
