Great location, just as described in the listing. We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the beautiful views from the property. Kitchen is very well stocked and has all your cooking supplies and seasoning. The home was thoughtfully decorated, creating a warm, comfortable, and inviting atmosphere throughout. It was a great place to relax and served as an excellent home base for exploring the surrounding area. Really a fantastic property and house. You will not be disappointed. We would gladly stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Sagle/Sandpoint. The owner and host were both fantastic, great communicators and very nice, welcoming and were such a pleasure to rent from. Thank you.

I’ve been coming to Sandpoint for 20 years and for the last 4 years we have been lucky enough to rent this house. There is no better place to bring your family than this rental. It is extremely close to town and offers the lake life that my family loves. Dealing with the owners/management company feels like you are dealing with a high end concierge service. Any issues we have had were handled day of and the communication is second to none. This is the only house I will ever rent when we come to Sandpoint! We look forward to many more years to come renting here!

This property is so nice! It’s really well appointed and super clean. We had everything we needed and more in the kitchen, and everywhere in the house, really. The location is great. It takes maybe 10 minutes to get into downtown Sandpoint. The deck had incredible views of the lake and a grill (which we appreciated). We watched the sunrises and sunsets from comfortable patio furniture, and it seemed like every day we had eagles fly close by. The property manager and host couldn’t have been nicer. We felt like guests, not vacation renters. I have absolutely nothing negative to say, it was that great. We didn’t use the hot tub though. Next time! A perfect stay. Thank you!
