This modern and newly renovated, approximately 61-square-meter apartment in a historic building is perfect for 2–5 people. Guests 4 and 5 can stay in the separate living room on the comfortable sleeper sofa.

You can park in the nearby parking garage at Dachritzstraße 10 (about a 5-minute walk).

Through the bedroom, you’ll find another small bedroom with a single bed and a workspace.
The separate living room adjoins the kitchen and features a cozy couch that’s perfect for relaxing. It can be folded out into an additional bed. With high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and Netflix, you can unwind and relax here after a busy day. There’s also a dartboard for some entertainment in between. The living room also features a solid wood table.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, and oven. Of course, there’s also plenty of dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils.
The bathroom is also equipped with everything you need, such as a hair dryer, towels, and soap.
The apartment is located on the second floor and is accessible via a staircase. Access to the apartment is via a key safe.
