Timados y abandonados

Estamos completamente decepcionados. Para empezar, el piso no era el que habíamos alquilado, el B2, sino que era el A2 (supuestamente más barata y con distinta distribución de las habitaciones) y no nos dieron ninguna solución, incluso ignorando nuestras llamadas. Se nos dificulto el acceso al alojamiento, ya que no nos dieron suficiente información de como conseguir las llaves. Después de haber logrado contactar con ellos por primera vez, nos dijeron que la fianza no estaba pagada, pero a nosotros nunca nos llegó el aviso de pagar la fianza. Además, cuando íbamos a pagar la fianza, aumentaron el precio a 600€ cuando la fianza era 320€. Les comentamos el error que habían cometido y nos dieron la razón todavía sin mandarnos el mensaje adecuado para pagar la fianza. Además, éramos 8 personas y no teníamos camas para todos, mucho menos cubiertos o platos. Lo poco que teníamos se encontraban en mal estado: las puertas no se cerraban y hacían ruido, el ventilador estaba roto, las paredes estaban sucias, al coger la fregona aparecieron un montón de insectos del cubo, no teníamos ni jabón de manos ni de lavar los platos, la bomba de uno de los baños no funcionaba (a pesar de que el técnico lo arreglara duró media hora), la televisión no funcionaba y tuvo que venir un técnico a arreglarlo y debido a eso perdimos una tarde entera. Y para colmo, en el segundo día debido al mal estado de la mampara, al cerrarla se cayó y se partió en muchos pedazos, causando cortes profundos a una de las inquilinas y no pudiendo utilizar más ese baño. Estuvimos llamado mil veces para informar de esto y como no, nadie contestaba. Tanto el trato como el piso fueron pésimos para el precio pagado, que no es poco. Sin olvidar la piscina que estuvo vacía, sucia y el poco agua que tenía estaba estancada.

Bonito piso muy cerca de la playa

Buscábamos un apartamento cerca del mar, por lo cual este alojamiento fue perfecto para nosotros. Todo estaba limpio y ordenado. La piscina del complejo se veía muy bonita, una pena que estuvimos en invierno y no hemos podido aprovecharla. Definitivamente una estancia cómoda y agradable, esperamos poder volver en verano!

Buscábamos un apartamento cerca del mar, por lo cual este alojamiento fue perfecto para nosotros. Todo estaba limpio y ordenado. La piscina del complejo se veía muy bonita, una pena que estuvimos en invierno y no hemos podido aprovecharla. Definitivamente una estancia cómoda y agradable, esperamos poder volver en verano!
