el entorno y la casa en general estaba super chula y acogedora. camas comodas. almohadas comodas.

la primera noche hacia mucho frio, costo calentar el salon. pero las fechas que fuimos hacia mucho frio en la calle, es normal. ademas la chumenea un lujazo.

Muy mal trato por parte del anfitrión una vez finalizó la estancia

La casa es coqueta y está en un entorno agradable.

El 17 de mayo, reservamos la casa para una noche. Al llegar, informamos al anfitrión, Raúl, que serían una persona más, ofreciendo pagar el extra. Raúl dijo que no era necesario. Disfrutamos mucho la experiencia. Sin embargo, entre el 18 y el 22 de mayo, Raúl y Booking me solicitan insistentemente una reseña por mail y whatsapp. Por circunstancias personales muy difíciles que estoy viviendo estos días, no respondí a esos mensajes ni escribí la reseña. Ayer recibo un correo de Booking exigiendo un cargo de 110 euros por supuestos incumplimientos: una persona extra y falta de limpieza (no hemos tirado la basura. Es la primera vez que en una casa rural me multan por no tirar la basura. La próxima vez preguntaré si también tengo que hacer la colada antes de irme). La conversación con Raúl fue muy desagradable. Estaba muy contrariado porque todavía no había puesto la reseña que me había solicitado y porque “no has dando señales de vida estos días y yo necesito la reseña porque estoy empezando”, así que pensó que era una buena idea decirle a Booking que no había cumplido las normas para que las diera, supongo. Fue muy desagradable porque me hablaba constantemente en un tono despectivo y chulesco. Finalmente me dijo si escribía una reseña positiva, hablaría con Booking para eliminar el pago extra, como quien habla con el sargento de la Guardia Civil de su pueblo. Obviamente, no voy a aceptar este chantaje, ni estos tejemanejes. La casa se quedó limpia, no había instrucciones sobre la basura y nos dijo que no había problema por la persona extra. Además, únicamente ha contactado conmigo para solicitar una reseña positiva, no para decirme que había habido problemas con la reserva. Esto solo ha ocurrido a raíz de que, según él "no haya dado señales de vida", como si poner reseñas fuera una obligación. Aunque la casa era agradable, el servicio al cliente ha dejado mucho que desear y esta falta de profesionalidad ha empañado totalmente la experiencia.
