The location was very good, in the historical center! When a problem with wifi showed up the owner of the apartment tried to help as he could! Very helpful and kind staff!
The wifi was terrible! For some hours we couldn't have internet at our apartment because there was a big problem with wifi and the roaming couldn't find signal because of the big old walls! The biggest problem though was the cleaning! It was not clean at all! It had a lot of problems so the review it is not so good!

Conveniently located for walking around Verona old town and surrounding areas. Close to restaurants , shopping and all major sightseeing points. Great if visiting with friends or family as the rooms are private but the common area is great for gathering or chilling together
Parking is a bit of a mission as its located in a ZLT zone. So big bags are not recommended. You must park in a public parking lot because Verona has so many restrictions on the roads surrounding the Appartement it’s tough/impossible to get close in order to drop off any heavy or big bags. They have the option to drop bags at the office, but we did not use that option, maybe that’s closer to apartment, you still have to walk from parking lot.

Although we've become used to automated check-in's with many other similar properties, it was relatively straight-forward to contact them via the Booking app and arrange physical key handoff
Generally prefer automated process with code or lockbox (presuming, of course, that it works seamlessly)
