Never again

I don't know how good or bad this apartment actually is because they overbooked our room and only warned us one hour before check-in that we could not have the apartment we had reserved 4 MONTHS in advance! They offered us an "upgrade" to a supposedly more expensive apartment... It was still under renovation, full of dust everywhere, and most outlets were not even fully installed. It was on a ground floor with no natural light, and all the chairs were damaged. Total nightmare!

Host cancelled our reservation in the day I was due to travel to Paris!

*Day-of-Arrival Host Cancellation – Unreliable and Unprofessional Avoid this company at all costs, especially if you are travelling as a family. We booked their central Montorgueil apartment for a large family group of 8, including young children and an infant. On the exact day of our arrival, the host messaged us claiming the property was unavailable due to a "technical issue" and attempted to force us into a completely different, much less central neighborhood, telling us it was an upgrade when in fact it was a downgrade! Then they took ages to reply to e as I was leaving the house to drive to the airport. When we refused to accept the location downgrade, they cancelled our booking entirely on our travel day after we spoke to a booking.com agent as we were now at the airport about to get on our flight. This left a vulnerable family with a baby completely stranded at an airport past midnight in a foreign city with nowhere to go. Their communication throughout this ordeal was stressful, manipulative, and incredibly unprofessional. They showed zero duty of care for our safety or well-being. Do not risk your holiday or your family's safety with Urban Flat in Paris. I also concluded that they offered this property at a higher price just days before we were going to stay there claiming it’s still available for the dates when we were to stay there. Very unprofessional and a money making business!

Great location! Great managers! Lots of stairs and only one bathroom, but would definitely recommend

Great Location! It was very close to the metro. It is only about a half a mile from the mall and a mile from the Louvre. There are boulangeries, laundromats, and grocery stores all within walking distance. The managers of the apartment have an office across the street and were very helpful.

Two issues, more warnings than complaints because I believe these issues are in the listing. The property easily and comfortably slept our party of eleven, however, there is only one bathroom, so we had to be strategic about showers and toilet usage. The other issue is this flat is on the third floor, and there are a lot of stairs. This made getting back after a long day of walking around Paris a little tough.

Good stay

Enough sleeping places

Only for large groups of course. Beds are stiff but good price to quality.
