Nice place for a few days

When we entered the apartment, there was a slight sewage smell. Fortunately, it went away after we opened the windows to air it out.

Dishonest agent, terrible flat conditions DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Easy travelling distance to AIA

Lack of communication from Dream Algarve regarding damp and leaks in property, agents had my mobile number to call and inform the property was not suitable for stay, left me with little to no option to change accommodation and made me sign a waiver on key collection that was borderline entrapment. The apartment was damp and smelt awful, like a sewer, throughout our stay. Strong smell of bleach throughout the property and lingering smell of smoking in all rooms. Despite some cleaning effort the property was very dirty and mould apparent in many areas of the property. Broken security glass, no heating and not secure. On three nights the main door was left open by other guests or residents in the building. Bedroom windows are not secure and allow draft and leaks to enter bedrooms. Bathroom appeared to have mould throughout shower, felt very unclean. Blood stains across walls and floors in bathrooms and bedrooms. No lighting in stairwell is exceptionally dangerous at night.

Douche qui ne ferme pas, pas de tapis de douche, on met de l'eau partout. Siphon de la douche bouché, l'eau s'écoule mal. Siphon du lavabo qui fuit, met de l'eau partout dans la salle de bain. Gens bruyants autour. Table à manger extrêmement fragile, impossible de manger dessus. Pas de cafetière. On doit faire 15km pour aller chercher les clés dans une agence, c'est quand même pas compliqué d'installer une boite à clés.

Reclamação – Falta de transparência e recusa de reembolso Venho apresentar uma reclamação relativamente à reserva B87 - Windmill 2 Bed Apartment in Odiaxere. No momento da reserva e antes do pagamento, não fui informado de forma clara e visível sobre a existência de taxas adicionais de 20 € após as 19h00 e 40 € após a meia-noite. Esta informação só me foi comunicada posteriormente, através de uma mensagem de pré-chegada. Ainda tentei chegar antes das 19h00, mas, infelizmente, tive um contratempo com a viatura que utilizava, que avariou. Telefonei a informar que não conseguiria comparecer, tendo o funcionário que me atendeu indicado que deveria solicitar o reembolso gratuito através da aplicação Booking.com. Segui exatamente essa indicação, mas o pedido de reembolso foi posteriormente recusado. Considero toda esta situação lamentável e injusta, sobretudo porque segui as instruções dadas pelo próprio alojamento e não fui devidamente informado, antes do pagamento, sobre os custos adicionais associados ao check-in tardio. Solicito ao Booking.com que analise esta situação de forma imparcial, nomeadamente a falta de informação prévia sobre as taxas e a indicação dada pelo funcionário relativamente ao pedido de reembolso, e que proceda à reavaliação do pedido de reembolso. Não considero aceitável que o cliente seja informado de custos adicionais apenas após o pagamento e, posteriormente, tenha o reembolso recusado depois de ter seguido as instruções fornecidas pelo alojamento.
