Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Unterkunft – für Familien absolut nicht empfehlenswert
Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft äußerst unzufrieden. Bereits bei unserer Ankunft mussten wir feststellen, dass die Wohnung in einem absolut unzureichenden Reinigungszustand war. Es befanden sich noch Pflegeprodukte und andere Hinterlassenschaften der Vormieter in der Wohnung, in der Mülltonne waren noch Müllreste und die Badewanne war völlig verschmiert und ausgesprochen unhygienisch. Insgesamt machte die Wohnung einen ungepflegten und ekelhaften Eindruck.
Besonders schlimm war der extrem unangenehme Geruch in der gesamten Wohnung. Dieser war so penetrant, dass er sich während unseres gesamten dreitägigen Aufenthalts nicht verzog. Wir mussten ständig Raumspray und andere Duftsprays verwenden, um den Geruch überhaupt einigermaßen erträglich zu machen. Gerade mit unserem dreijährigen Sohn war das besonders unangenehm. Er fühlte sich aufgrund des starken Geruchs sichtlich unwohl. Dass man mit einem kleinen Kind in eine derart riechende Unterkunft kommt und sich während des gesamten Aufenthalts damit herumschlagen muss, ist absolut inakzeptabel.
Darüber hinaus gab es kein WLAN, obwohl dieses ausdrücklich versprochen wurde. Auch die Lautstärke war ein großes Problem: Die Nachbarn saßen teilweise bis 1 Uhr nachts auf der Veranda, unterhielten sich laut und lachten, sodass die Nachtruhe erheblich gestört wurde.
Auch die Umgebung hat bei uns einen sehr negativen Eindruck hinterlassen. Wir haben uns dort als Familie nicht wohlgefühlt. In der näheren Umgebung haben wir wiederholt offenen Drogenkonsum und mutmaßliche Drogenverkäufe wahrgenommen. Außerdem waren zahlreiche Geschäfte beschädigt oder zerstört. Die vielen Überwachungskameras in der Umgebung verstärkten unseren negativen Eindruck zusätzlich. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern würden wir diese Lage daher nicht empfehlen.
Besonders enttäuschend fanden wir das Verhalten der Vermieterin.
