Atención! Son unos estafadores.
Te obligan a pagar un seguro o a dejar una fianza de 700 euros.
Te obligan a dejar el apartamento limpio para el siguiente huésped, y luego igualmente te cobran 110 euros en concepto de limpieza. Una limpieza que no ejecutan ya que cuando llegue estaba bastante sucio, la papelera del baño con basura, además el lavabo del baño no tragaba el agua.
Para tener sabanas de cama y toallas de baño tienes que pagar un dinero extra.
Es imposible dormir por el calor que hace en la habitación de matrimonio, el aire acondicionado solo está en el salón.
La mañana del check out limpié toda la casa con la aspiradora, limpié los baños y todas las vajillas.
A la hora de haberme ido me mandaron una foto con un pelo en el suelo, otra con tres migas de pan y otra con dos tazas limpias secándose en el escurridor de platos.
Me dijeron que me iban a cobrar 110 euros por eso.
Como pueden permitir que el cliente anterior deje el apartamento limpio para el siguiente cliente?
Donde esta el higiene y la limpieza para sus clientes.
Estoy asqueado solo en pensar que me he alojado en un sitio sin una limpieza hecha por un profesional.
La plaza de garaje estaba llena de telarañas, de polvo acumulado durante años. Oscura y de difícil acceso. Daba miedo.
La terraza no se podía usar, el toldo al no tener tela no daba sombra, además estaba llena de cacas de pájaros.
He viajado mucho y nunca me habia pasado algo así!
Me han arruinado las vacaciones en Coillure.
Espero que Booking tome medidas contra este tipo de anuncios, para salvaguardar sus clientes.
