Dimitri nous attendait et nous a réservé un accueil très chaleureux. Nous nous sommes sentis immédiatement comme à la maison. Comme ce n'était pas complet il nous a conduits dans une très grande chambre et là, nous a apporté un plateau apéritif avec du vin de la maison et diverses spécialités que nous avons dégustés sur le balcon en observant la nuit tomber sur les fascinantes montagnes. la nuit était très calme. Le lendemain matin, un petit déjeuner exceptionnel nous a été servi dans sa cuisine où il nous a longuement parlé du cheminement de vie qui l'avait amené à l'accueil de voyageurs dans cette grande maison, de ses productions d'huile d'olive... Nous sommes repartis avec plein de petits cadeaux et le sentiment d'avoir fait une rencontre exceptionnelle. Merci encore pour cet accueil !
La salle de bain partagée, ça peut être très bien si chacun nettoie la douche derrière lui. Ce n'était malheureusement pas le cas quand j'y suis passée mais il y avait deux salles de bain/WC sur le même étage.

Wir kamen als Fremde und gingen als Freunde. Dimitri ist ein ganz besonderer Mensch. Seine Freundlichkeit, Großzügigkeit und Lebensphilosophie mochten wir sehr. Die Unterkunft ist einfach, seine Omeletts zum Frühstück sind großartig. In seiner Küche, wo das Frühstück von ihm zubereitet und serviert wird, stellt er aus Naturprodukten seine Heilmittel her. Er kennt sich aus mit Kräutern und Heilpflanzen, die er in den Bergen sammelt. Und weiss davon zu erzählen. Sein Haus lebt von der Art, wie er es führt. Das Hellas Palace ist ein ganz besonderer Ort.
Unser Zimmer war gross, Bad und Gemeinschaftsküche konnten wir alleine nutzen. Alles einfach, aber ausreichend. Einen Parkplatz haben wir immer auf der Straße gefunden. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend von Sparta. Alles Sehenswerte ist zu Fuss zu erreichen.
Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen. Es könnte aber sein, dass Menschen, die es gerne chicer haben, sich nicht wohl fühlen.
