Ci vorrebbero delle tende più grandi o delle tapparelle poiché la mattina in camera da letto c’è tanta luce

Spacious apartment in a good location. Excellent access to public transportation which is the best way to get around Warsaw. Lot of restaurants, bars and street food within 1 minute walking distance. Very clean, fully equipped. Free wifi.

This really isn't the hosts fault, but I have to mention it. There is a beautiful church just across the street and the currently ongoing reconstruction works on the facade start from 7 am...so you have more time to explore Warsaw, right? :-)

Apartament świetnie zlokalizowany i wyposażony jest w nim wszystko... nawet prostownica 😁 My byliśmy tylko dwie noce ale zdecydowanie polecam na dłuższe pobyty. Super miejsce 👍

Brak kapsułek do ekspresu.... Ale to nie wpłynęło na ogólną ocenę 😉

The apartment is a nice size, the bed is comfortable, as is the couch. The bathroom is nice, and clean. The location was acceptable as our main destination was the US Embassy, which is about a 10 minute walk. There is a good selection of restaurants and coffee shops nearby, as well as grocery stores and pharmacies. The kitchen works well, we were able to cook several meals during our stay.

It is VERY noisy every night until at least 1am, and when the trains and traffic start around 6-7am the noise is back whether you're ready or not. Bring earplugs. The hosts, Noclegi, are very slow to respond. We booked the room before our flights, and we came to Warsaw a day early, when we knew this(more than 2 weeks before our arrival) I asked to add the day before our booking confirmation. They replied with a price - I agreed. The next day they hadn't confirmed it, so I asked again and the price increased! It was only a few PLN so I agreed, and days passed and no confirmation. I questioned this and the price increased again! This time the increase was around 100pln more than originally quoted. I didnt want to find another place so I sent several messages with my agreement and confirmation, and finally this time they sent a link for payment. I paid and they added the day, thankfully. I still think its complete BS that I had to pay more for their inability to follow up on a conversation. The wifi wasn't working our first day, and we reached out for help, after waiting for hours we were able to locate the router and restart it, fixing the problem. Noclegi replied 24h later with instructions, and a threat of additional charges if we accidentally reset the router inproperly(maybe you could make sure its working first?). Our time was extended in Warsaw due to the US Embassy, so we asked them if we could book extra days on the end(knowing this might be a nightmare conversation). They immediately said yes, I agreed in 10 minutes. They waited a while to message again, I confirmed we wanted the extra day within 10minutes again, and got no reply until the next day when someone else had booked the room. As for cleanliness, it was generally acceptable, but the hair dryer was greasy and the drying rack for wet clothes was broken. This is a very frustrating company to work with, and they had no problem charging you more money based on their neglect.
