Lots of room. Kitchen is well stocked with gear. Washer is a plus. A dryer would have been better. Good location.
No paper products (towels, napkins, minimal toilet paper). Only 1 hair dryer for 4 bedrooms. Only 1 set of towels per person for the whole week.
Confusing garbage info and it wasn’t written down.

Was alles super funktioniert hat.

Beautiful house in a fabulous location.
Just a point to note but our overall feelings were very positive. The bathrooms could have been more modern. Our toilet wouldn’t stop flushing and the downstairs shower was quite small.

The property is just stunning and is very well-maintained. We especially loved the pool. It's a short walk to the town centre and to the train station for 1-hour trains to Florence, Lucca and Pisa. If you're looking for an affordable villa holiday in Tuscany, this is it.
These are not negatives, just two minor points to be aware of, as I couldn't see them on the listing:
1. You will either need to pay for damage insurance or a deposit refunded 7 days after your stay. (Also city tax but this is normal across Europe.)
2. The toiletries/dishwasher tablets provided are basic. If you plan to stay more than 2-3 days, it is best to bring/buy your own.
