We stayed at the Insika Sabi which was very well designed, comfortable beds,ac, great bathroom and very clean. The pool, bar, restaurant and gardens were very well maintained. The lodge also has a shuttle into town at certain times which was very handy. Staff were amazing and breakfast very good. Close to the fallsabout 20 mins in the shuttle.
Everything was great

Rooms are clean, facilities are generally new and clean, the staff are so kind and polite
i hoped that the breakfast would be a buffet spread not a pre order on the menu

The staff was not always very resourceful and was not providing correct information.
