It is very disappointing and I do not recommend this rental.

Only the location is very convenient for me

The apartment smells very bad, it smells musty and moldy, and in the shower, a nauseating odor comes out like a sewer backup. The apartment has not been cleaned because there are spiders and cobwebs on the baseboards, walls, sink and kitchen cupboards. The wifi does not work and even after reporting it, nothing was done to fix it.
