The hotel staff make you feel like part of their family, they help you in every possible way. The location is great and the rooms are excellent for the price. If I ever go back to Ninh Binh, I will definitely stay there again.

I loved my stay here! The staff were so friendly and helpful. They gave me excellent recommendations for things to do and I was able to rent a bicycle from them directly. My room was clean and absolutely huge which was a nice surprise. The breakfast is amazing and so fresh and the location is perfect for being in the heart of tam coc whilst also being down a quiet street. I would definitely stay here again!

The staff was amazing, Huyen and his bro helped us a lot by giving us information about all of the sites and how to visit them, we booked a scooter one day and bicycles another and it worked very smoothly! We enjoyed the room as well, we had the deluxe double room on the 4th floor and the room was very spacious and the bathroom was very large as well! The room was very clean and there was no noise as it's away from the main street. We also used their laundry service which worked amazingly. For the quality of the services provided the value is extremely good in my opinion!
After a long day of walking I wished there was an elevator 😅
