Visit and live the León experience

Great for a group of friends to visit the City of León and the nearby area. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay, very near to the cathedral right in the heart of the old town. We were very satisfied.

The only problem we had was the noise, being so close to the nightlife, for us, was a bad point. Our friends that had the room with the street window ended up having to sleep on the sofa bed which was a shame. Maybe it was bad luck or bad timing and the house can’t really do much more to be fair but would not recommend light sleepers on that room. Didn’t like the no staff thing, all mechanic no human interaction. This why my rating on the staff was not better.

Un piso totalmente reformado, muy cuidado y acogedor, con todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa desde el primer momento. Un lugar perfecto para disfrutar de unos días en familia, cómodo, agradable y con todo tipo de detalles para hacer la estancia muy cómoda.

El único inconveniente, por poner alguno, es el ruido de la gente por la noche.

Anfitrión irresponsable, nula atención y gestión. Cero soluciones. Viviendo 3 días en una obra

La falta de responsabilidad del anfitrión por no avisar de que íbamos a vivir tres días en medio de una obra

Principalmente la gestión o la nula gestión del anfitrión. A la llegada al apartamento nos encontramos con un portal completamente en obras. Está en obras para la instalación de un ascensor. No había pared en un lado de la escalera, sólo una estructura metálica sobre la que habían fijado unos tablones de obra con clavos sobresalidos con los que había que tener cuidado para no engancharse a modo de barandilla. En el centro de la escalera un hueco que llegaba hasta la planta sótano y todo lleno de polvo de la obra, herramientas, materiales de construcción, restos de las paredes que habían tirado e interruptores colgando de los cables. Lógicamente, a la mañana siguiente comprobamos que desde las 8:00 la obra seguía su curso con todo tipo de ruidos al punto de tener que hablar a gritos dentro del apartamento para poder entendernos entre nosotros. El problema principal no es ese, sino que las obras empezaron más de un mes antes de nuestra llegada y los anfitriones no nos notificaron nada en absoluto. Tampoco no ofrecieron solución alguna y se limitaron a decir que nos podían devolver los honorarios de los gestores del inmueble, pero que el precio de la estancia se mantenía. Nosotros solicitamos que adaptasen el precio del apartamento al nivel de servicio y comodidades reales, no a las ofertadas a lo que se negaron. Sólo nos ofrecieron devolver el importe pero para ello lógicamente teníamos que abandonar el apartamento. Cosa del todo imposible puesto que llegamos a las 21:00 horas con nuestros tres hijos menores. No podíamos ponernos a buscar alojamiento a esas horas y después de 9 horas de viaje. Booking por si parte nos ofreció la opción de un realojo, cosa que el mismo día era una locura y para los dos días que nos restaban de estancia no nos pareció lógico porque lo que había era lejos de la zona del apartamento y suponía echar por tierra nuestros planes para visitar la ciudad, que es para lo que habíamos ido.

Un piso totalmente reformado, muy cuidado y acogedor, con todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa desde el primer momento. Un lugar perfecto para disfrutar de unos días en familia, cómodo, agradable y con todo tipo de detalles para hacer la estancia muy cómoda.

Ubicación perfecta en el barrio húmedo junto a la catedral, el barrio húmedo, la plaza mayor. Un trato muy bueno con el personal. Muy a gusto

Fuimos en plena Semana Santa y leyeron un poema de madrugada en el local de abajo. Por lo demás todo perfecto
