Would NOT recommend. Stay away
Location
Terrible check-in process (door code was not shared until the very last minute). We arrived right before midnight and the host was unresponsive for hours before that. There were footprints/shoe prints on the walls, door knobs were dirty and the microwave was filthy.

Ruined my FIRST EVER VIENNA TRIP
Only thing I liked was space that was enough for my family.bed sheets pillows and towels were neat and clean.
First, communication was poor, like inspite of contacting well ahead,we struggled to find the place.there were two doors with same number..no internet and inspite of mentioned facilities on my reservation ticket even no glass, no plates, no oven and no stove was there.we suffered alot with kids.second day they gave us oven but we don't have any plate to make food warm.it was not mentioned while booking about security deposit 50 euro but they deductedit from my card without my permission and even after clear check out still have not received back that amount.I contacted several times directly on provided phone number but they didn't pick my call even once.So overall very bad experience.ruined my trip.apartment was not well ventilated .when I contacted them on the WhatsApp number they given and said to refund me my money so that I can get some other apartment because these facilities were mentioned on my reservation except internet.they said that go and get some other apartment.and didn't reply either they agree to refund or not.so it was headache.even no detergent no soap.i reached on Saturday night at 11 pm even next day all stores were closed for that reason we brought with us uncooked stuff that we will prepare for kids butnothinvwax there .even not a glass to drink water

THE WORST ACCOMODATION EVER SEEN
Nothing
First of all very difficult to find, there are two entrances with the same house number.
I was asked twice to check in online but no instructions were given on how to get in, I asked via WhatsApp how to get in and we waited outside the door for a while; initially they also wrote me a wrong code.
The house is the dirtiest ever seen: dust and insects everywhere. I attach photos. One of the guests came home with insect sting dermatitis.
Moreover everything is on charge, even the toilet paper. There are no glasses or cups, nothing; only towels are available.
I absolutely do not recommend the stay and hope Booking remove the accommodation.
