Poor Experience — Noisy Environment, Hidden Charges, and Payment Issues

The room is spacious and everything is working perfectly

The noise in this area is too much, I believe it's from the network mast at the back and it's very disturbing. I was told there is a washing machine, but nobody told me I would have to pay 5k to use it. That's misleading. The worst part is payment. I made a transfer when I checked in and till now it has not reflected. Instead of checking and confirming, you told me I cannot leave until I pay again, so I had to send another 40k. I don't even know where my first money went. You people should at least have OPay, PalmPay and Moniepoint if your bank has network issues. This experience is really frustrating and unprofessional.

A very warm time. I did enjoy it/

Breakfast was okay.

That reservation was not honoured. No reservation was made for me, I was asked to choose what they have not what I reserved.
