No air conditioning, no nets around windows

Next to the beaches, close to Bonifacio and Porto vecchio. You can swim together with fish during the day.

There is no air conditioning. The weather was around 38 40 degrees and we were literally baked. The house is like a museum. Everything inside is very old and needs to be renovated. We were afraid to touch anything, all accessories were old. Because they also block 400 Euro to be on the safe side. But because of house humidity, my husband's mobile is broken, the led screen is completely gone after the humidity warning. The windows need net. Flies lizards and snakes can come in. A black snake passed over me on the beach , that is why I am saying snakes. Not poisonous but windows needs nets. We could not open the windows because there was no net around which means we could not even breathe at nights. This is the worst summer house I have ever experienced. I waited for it the whole year, and the house is a katastrophe. Humidity is high. This looks like a fisherman's house, definitely not for families with children during summer vacation. Booking.com please observe the houses before you help them to rent. Decades of booking users deserve better conditions!!!!

Devo purtroppo confermare quanto di negativo già espresso in altre recensioni.

La casa è in una posizione invidiabile, a 15m dalla spiaggia con parcheggio privato molto comodo.

Nonostante le grandi potenzialità date della posizione la struttura è veramente vecchia, mal curata e trasandata. La temperatura interna rimane invariata sia di giorno che di notte...30-35 gradi con una umidità spaventosa. Sapevamo che non era dotata di climatizzazione ma speravamo che di notte, con le finestre aperte, si sarebbe stati bene in settembre. Ma le finestre non hanno le zanzariere quindi aprirle diventa un suicidio se non volete vivere immersi nell'autan. Dei due ventilatori forniti uno funzionava bene mentre l'altro anche al massimo della velocità non riusciva a muovere manco le ragnatele... State poi attenti se mangiate qualcosa in casa, la prima briciola dimenticata attirerà nel giro di poco tutte le simpatiche formiche che hanno nidiato nel tetto, ricoprendovi in breve pavimento e cucina. L'arredo è molto scadente, praticamente non ci sono armadi ma solo delle mensole con delle tendine al posto delle ante. La pulizia lascia molto a desiderare, appena arrivati abbiamo dovuto rilavare tutta la fornitura della cucina (bicchieri, pentole ecc). I pavimenti erano in pessime condizioni per non parlare di quello che c'era sotto i letti. Delle due brandine presenti nel portico una era rotta - dalle foto penso sia la stessa presente anche nelle altre recensioni di anni (!!!) fa- Direi che la caparra di 500€ richiesta al ritiro delle chiavi (e fortuitamente non fatta per un malfunzionamento del pos) è quantomeno sospetta viste le condizioni generali in cui versa l'immobile...

Nicht mehr ganz frisches Mobiliar (reparaturbedürftiger Liegestuhl und Esstisch). Schimmel im Badezimmer. Keine Klimaanlage. Ratten im Dachstock und leider auch im Wohn- u Schlafzimmer ! (Kammerjäger kam umgehend, zwei Tage später ein weiteres Mal und nach einer Woche war‘s dann endlich das erste Mal wieder ruhig in der Nacht). Leider kein Entgegenkommen von Seiten Vermieter.
