Dirty, smelly, roaches infected place, TV didn’t work
The host was playing telling us that we can go to the place earlier but wasn’t true. Very bad service

A Disappointing and Stressful Stay – Would Not Recommend
The only positive aspect of the stay was that the apartments were clean and we met a young man named Alex, who was very helpful. The original unit that we booked i didn't see the inside, but the second one that we were sent to (2022) was really good. Pity it was only for a night. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.
Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 out of 5)
This stay was a major inconvenience from beginning to end. We initially booked a unit with two beds, a kitchen, and access to a pool — key features that influenced our decision. However, when we arrived, someone else was already in the apartment. It turned out the host had double-booked the unit.
To make matters worse, we were denied access to any accommodation unless we paid a $350 security deposit, which we weren't clearly informed about. Although a text was sent, there was no proper follow-up. As a result, we were left outside for hours trying to sort it out. The host offered no assistance or alternatives, just kept saying “We will get a room unless its paid and that's the rule and there's nothing he can do,” while we struggled with a payment system that wasn’t working.
Once the deposit was finally sorted out, we were sent to a completely different apartment complex — with no pool. This was a far cry from what we booked. We thought the issue was settled, but the next day, we were told we had to move again because someone else was coming to that unit.
They said we were being moved to a “high-end” apartment as an apology. To our surprise, this third unit was smaller than the last, still with just one bed, no pool, and far fewer amenities. Shops, church, and restaurants were very far away, making it inconvenient without a car.
Throughout our stay, there was no hospitality and no follow-up from the host. We didn’t even receive fresh linens or towels unless we paid extra — despite already being charged a cleaning fee.
To add to the frustration, I had ordered items online before arriving, but due to all the moving around, my package was lost or possibly stolen.
Overall, this was a terrible experience. The service was unprofessional, the conditions were uncomfortable, and the entire booking was misleading. I would never stay here again and cannot recommend it to others.
