It was okay. Condo could’ve been deep cleaned.

I love a condo that has an onsite bar.

Pool was dirty, gym was under remodel, and the condo was cleaned very minimally. I still had to wipe down countertops upon arrival due to sand on them. Kitchen sink garbage disposal did not work so the draining sucked. Floors were dirty/sandy. Towels provided had stains on them. Balcony floor was dirty as well. Couch cushions were misplaced. I totally get that cleaning needs to be a quick turnover for the next guest but it does not mean cleanliness/details should be put in the back burner.

We were very disappointed with the dirty conditions of 407 in Aqua.

The location was great and the ocean view was exceptional. I liked being able to access the condo upon arrival with no hassle.

The condo was not clean. An emergency cleaner did come and left with a vacuum full of dirt and dust. Even after she cleaned it was still dirty. The condo needs a deep cleaning and maintenance. The sheets did not appear to have been washed or changed. There were corn chips in the master bed. The management person said he was not sure he got around to checking the condo prior to our arrival. We checked in after 4:30pm. There was dirt/dust hanging from the bathroom vents/and on the ceiling fans. (I took pictures and sent them to the management, but they claimed they could not see them. The toilet bowl was not clean. There were several light bulbs out. A ceiling fixture was flashing, and we were told it was a LED issue that it could not be fixed until we left the condo. The kitchen light cover was removed. It was cracked. I asked how to turn the ice machine on and was given instructions from Joe to check the water line and the filter. I was confused; these instructions should have been given to a maintenance crew. The filter light (red light) was on requesting a filter change for the refrigerator, but nothing was done. A yellow light came on stating the filter needed to be ordered. Joe did finally tell me about a button to push on the inside of the refrigerator. There were no instructions in the welcome book addressing how to use the appliances, such as the washing machine. We attempted to wash our sheets and the comforter, with spots on it; the cycle was two hours. They did change the sheets for us. We asked for a sofa cover since the couch was old/stained and mis-represented on the pictures of the condo. We were told the couch was old but it was clean. In lieu of the fact that the condo was dirty we did not believe the couch was clean. We never sat on the couch while we were there. The mattress in the second bedroom was lumpy. The shag carpet in that room was dirty as well.
