Excellent location, within easy walking distance of Keswick town centre, many good restaurants and pubs and Derwent Water. Also, free parking in a church car park behind the property. The property photos didn't show a wardrobe in the bedroom, but there was one and plenty of storage there and throughout the property.
The front door was sticking and difficult to open - we used the back door all the time. The roads around are narrow and full of parked cars - not the property's fault of course, but it was difficult to find parking to unload when we first arrived and the one way system can be a bit difficult for SatNavs.

The lock box combination letter did not correspond with the property letter. To be fair that was in the instructions and we missed it. Gail cheerfully straightened us out, though. Thank you, Gail!
All was fine, nothing to worry about.

It was central, and it heads an enclosed garden for the dogs
