Хорошее место для размещения. В пешей доступности от центра.
Очень большой балкон с красивым видом. Большой стол на балконе, можно полноценно и обедать там, и загорать.
Также удобно, что есть своя подземная парковка.
Заселение самостоятельно по инструкции. Инструкция подробная, но хочу уточнить, что лучше сразу подъезжать к дому через улицу "Ruе dеs Оrаngеrs", как раз можно временно запарковаться на этой улице возле въезда в гараж и сходить в квартиру за ключами, потому что в любом другом месте парковка запрещена.
Хочу отметить, что это полноценная квартира для проживания (не временный вариант для туристов, а как для долгосрочной аренды). И судя по всему раньше в этой квартире жили сами хозяева. Поэтому это и плюс, и минус одновременно. В квартире есть абсолютно всё из хозяйственных и кухонных принадлежностей. Поэтому минус в том, что этих вещей слишком много, ими заполнены все многочисленные шкафчики и шуфляды на кухне, например. В связи с чем, сложно быстро найти то что нужно, пока откроешь все дверцы. Но!! не было штопора для вина!
Так же имейте ввиду, что туалет и ванная комната не совмещены в одном помещении, а находятся в разных помещениях.

Были нарекания во многих отзывах на короткую кровать, но если у вас стандартный рост - это не проблема. Если рост выше, чем 185 см, то это может быть неудобно.
В целом положительные впечатления от проживания, квартиру рекомендую.
По ночам шум от трассы, проходящей рядом с домом. Выход только полностью закрывать все окна и включать кондиционер.
Рядом с квартирой мы не нашли больших продуктовых супермаркетов. Магазины продуктовые есть, но среднего размера.
Не было штопора для вина!

Lovely light-filled top floor (with elevator) apartment. Spacious for a solo traveller. I liked that it was in a quieter area than the middle of Cannes but it was still close to walk. Big balcony with views over the sea. Compared to the price of other apartments, it was good value for money when I booked. Check in and check out was easy with a lock box so no waiting around for a property manager to get let in. The apartment is well equipped with everything I needed for a week stay. You get some cleaning and kitchen supplies. If you need more there is a convenience store downstairs.
The aircon is good but a little bit noisy at nighttime. Took me a moment to work out the wifi (remove the spaces in the password). The bed was a good size for me as a solo traveller but I think couples maybe less comfortable on this standard double bed size. Not so many negatives. I would stay here again.

Good location, excellent air conditioning, comfortable and quiet.
Like very apartment I've ever rented in Cannes it feels like it was decorated in the 1970s!

Location is great from the point of view that it is right at the edge of old town. I was there for work and it was a pleasant 10 minute walk through old town each morning which I loved. The view from the place is beautiful and there is a small corner shop for essentials just under the building. Aldi is a 5 minute walk.
Collecting the key upon arrival was a pain, not sure why I did not receive the info prior to arriving, and it was complicated even once I called to ask. The wifi wasn't working, turned out I needed to plug it in, so was on hands and knees looking for the outlet on request of the person managing the place. :D The bed is really small, I am 172cm and my feet were hanging off the bed. And the apartment is massively noisy with the windows open especially. there is significant traffic noise coming through even closed bedroom window. So sleep was not comfortable and restful at all in general.
