I would never stay there again..The staff was great but they can only do but so much.

There was no breakfast

The fact that i paid a day earlier before my arrival and because i didn't let them know 7 days in advance they took my money. Polices can be altered especially when you know it was a mistake. The noise from the club from approximately 11:00pm until 5-6:00am the next day. I got little to no sleep for my entire 2 week stay. There is no sound proof.

Brassbell Giza

The rooms were very spacious, neat and clean. Was as the pictures

The location wasn't the greatest.

9 / 10

It’s was a nice place and nice people.

The location and the upgrade of the room to me after my complaint for night club as I could not able to sleep in the 1st night , once I informed them they act immediately and upgraded me.

They did not have a reception so that I can call them, I need to get down and talk to the guy who was assigned and go back to my room, if there was a phone in room the communication will be easy and faster.

Never again

Nothing honestly

Cleaning was bad Bad smell Noise was annoying we couldn’t sleep (first floor)
