Very good location.

Location. Safe environment. Very good bed.

To get the key far away - the keys on another street - from the flat. At night it is really very unconfortable.

Disappointing and in bad condition

The central location and the good tips and descriptions in the digital guide that you receive. Check-in in the agency nearby was friendly and easy.

I cannot recommend this accommodation at all. I don't usually complain much about accommodations, but in this case, so many things went wrong. Furthermore, shortly before arrival, a deposit of 500€ was requested, which had to be transferred via a link - whereas the Booking.com page mentioned 200€. Given the many existing damages, this is quite audacious. Things that have been damaged in the apartment: - The bidet had a leak and water dripped out of it so it was not usable at all. - The door (handle and hinge) of the freezer was broken, and the door fell out every time we used it (by the way, there was also some old ice cream left by previous guests). - The 'OK' button on the TV remote control was broken, which made it hard to navigate the smart TV programs. - The drying rack was just fixed with some tape and fell apart very easily. - The hair dryer only blew almost cold air, no matter which mode was selected. - The drain in the bathroom smelled strongly every time after showering. Things that were missing in the apartment: - A proper air conditioning unit! There was only a mobile device (which was not allowed to be moved) in the living room, which was very loud and temporarily mounted with an ugly plastic hose. - A towel for the kitchen to dry the dishes. - There were two sinks in the bathroom and toilet, but only one hand soap. In addition, we found large clumps of long black hair from previous guests everywhere. I reported the damages directly via email and through Booking. I was then instructed to send the same damages again to an emergency WhatsApp number. So I sent everything a third time. There was no further response to that. At least we got our deposit back.

Wonderful central location - great for walking & trams! Clean, bright and quiet!

The location is the BEST!! Close to trams - even the one to the airport. Very quiet. Building has very nice residents. If you go out the backdoor, Patisserie Paul is about 50 steps - Dangerous for the waist line ::) Close to several grocery stores. Only given one set of keys but asked for a second set and we were accommodated. The washing machine was a huge plus! The shower was excellent. Very good security.

No regular coffee maker - only a pod coffee maker. We bought a stove-top coffee maker and left it in the apartment. The hair dryer was very weak.
