The apartment is a good size with a separate kitchen and a really good large shower and jacuzzi in the main bedroom. A bit different but it worked.
The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well.
Kitchen has all the utensils you need and there is a washing machine (we did not use).
The location is excellent, in the centre of Bracciano, on a quant street next to a number of restaurants.
The overall condition of the apartment is good but there were few elements that let it down made it look a little tired. Maybe it is because we went in October after the main season but the room smelt a bit musty and the towels were off white. In the kitchen a cupboard door was hanging off its hinge slightly and there were marks on the sofa.
My other gripe is, similar to other Air BnB type properties where nobody greats you. I don’t mind collecting the key from a secure box but in those circumstances, they should leave a welcome pack explaining how everything works. We could not get the jacuzzi to work but once it was explained (2 hours too late), it was easy. When you only stay a night or two, a simple pack would save a lot of frustration

L'appartamento è stupendo, al centro di bracciano. Vasca idromassaggio strepitosa, letti comodi e stanza pulita. L'acqua nel frigo accortezza molto apprezzata.
Migliorerei la comunicazione fra struttura e clienti
