The property was excellent value and comfortably accommodated the 6 of us. It was a full sized house so nice to spread out a little and have a proper kitchen for a few days. Although it seemed a bit of a distance from the centre, it was actually very close; just a short, 5 minute flat walk to the train station, then a cheap 15-20 min journey on the train - which is actually less time (and effort) that it would take to walk from a central hotel. The train station is only 3 stops from Sydney airport (though note that Australia charges hefty airport surcharges on public transport - not charged if just pass through and don't get off at the airport). The host provided such an informative email after booking that there was absolutely nothing additional that we needed to know. They also accommodated our last minute request to check out a little later than the specified time.
The property is functional, though the parts of the interior, such as the bathroom, is in need of a few cosmetic updates. The kitchen, however, is modern and contains everything you might need. Initially, the house felt a bit cold but there were the heat pumps in each bedroom and we soon found the place to be quite comfortable

beds were comfy, kitchen was great, was great to have access to streaming services! and super close to train station!
would’ve liked some sheets as we could only find doonas but it ended up being not too bad! also not the fault of the accommodation but just of sydney at the moment but the house did have a bunch of moths that i had to usher out the door hahaha

オーナーがとても親切でした。キッチンのガスレンジがうまく使えなかったことをメールすると、すぐに対応に来てくれました。３つの部屋のベッドが広く、それぞれに机もあって便利でした。
お湯の調節が難しいこと。お湯も多分限られた量しか出ない。バスタブにお湯をためたら、あとは水になりました。ドアを外から閉めたら、鍵がかかってしまい、閉め出されました。（中に人がいてよかったけれど）
