The view from the balcony was sensational.Very near shops and supermarket.Also near the tramstop which made it easy to get into the centre and airport.It was a very spacious apartment.
It needs a handrail for the steps down from the upstairs.It is a spiral staircase made out of I think marble so a fall would not be great.We had to constantly be aware of the hazard,although it was mentioned in the description of the apartment. The kitchen could do with an investment of new cups and mugs,they were not in a good condition.Also needed a casserole dish and medium cooking pans.The fridge also needed attention as iced up and then thawed out resulting in water in the bottom.As there were three of us staying we would have liked another set to use.The balcony off the kitchen was quite grimy on the floor,needed sweeping and washing.All in all with a few tweaks it would be a 10 score and we still had a great time in a fantastic city.

L’emplacement idéal avec commerces et Tramway au pied de l’immeuble.
La vue du balcon est magnifique
Duplex non précisé dans l’annonce attention cela n’est pas adapté aux personnes handicapés.
Attention la hauteur pour le garage n’est pas précisé. Nous sommes rentrés sans difficulté avec un utilitaire de 5,30m mais par contre arrivés au box le propriétaire n’avait pas précisé qu’il a installé des poutres qui limite la hauteur a 1,80 donc parking inutilisable.

De l appartement vue sur la mer ,appartement confortable et suffisamment grand pour 6 personnes
Le garage du parking qui était compris dans le prix de la location et que nous n avons pas pu utiliser car trop étroit pour y accéder avec un 3008 long de 4.40m . Ce qui nous a obligé d'aller au parking payant, vu que les places de stationnement sont très rares aux alentours, ce qui nous à fait un supplément de 96 € pour 4 jours .
