Ants, ants, ants, crickets and spiders rule this place.

Beware nature lovers, this place is not sealed off to bugs. We left after 30 minutes of killing giant black ants, giant crickets, tiny black ants in the bathroom. There are less bugs in a tent of you wish to connect with nature. The ants kept coming in from the floor and the windows. Although the grounds were beautiful and the waterfalls are nearby perhaps a 30-45 minute drive, the amount of bugs that have access to you was not fun. I didn’t mind the giant spiders hanging out in the corners but the continuous flow of big black ants and the tiny ones in the bathroom was very unsettling. We left and found a hotel about 1 hour away from there .

The big black ants kept coming up from the tile and the windows .

Amazing stay in a quiet , private area. Hear the sounds of the forest and have all the comforts !

I like the hostages very much, i like how quiet and private the cabin feels. I loved that there is hot water and a kitchen. Ooh and the most comfortable sofa !

Would be helpful to have a foot mat at the entrance to the cabin to not bring in dirt.

Beautiful location and well set up little cabins.

-The fact that they took conservation seriously -The setting -The trail network on the property -The cabin was well set and private

You get some bugs in the cabin but that is to be expected being out in the forest in a simple cabin.

Calm, comfortable mountain cabin

Beautiful, peaceful, clean cabin. We loved it. My 77 year old mother and I slept well here, hiked the trails and enjoyed getting away from the noisy beaches. Very kind and helpful hosts, they sent their wonderful taxi driver Antonio to pick us up from Mazunte which was a big help. I highly recommend using Antonio for your transport needs. Also, be sure to bring your own food! There are NOT 2 restaurants as the booking.com indicates, that is an error in the system. But there is a fridge and cooktop so it's easy to cook there.

I liked it all, just adjust the booking.com description to say there are no restaurants on site. It is confusing.
