Viel Schmutz, mangelhafter Service, schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
Die Wohnung hat einen großen Balkon mit einem schönen Blick aus das Meer.
In 10 - 15 Min. Gehweite gibt es in der Anlage einen gut sortierten Supermarkt für den täglichen Bedarf und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie verschiedene Restaurants, die wir in Ordnung fanden.
Die Wohnung war sehr dreckig. Wände, insbesondere Wandfugen, Führungsschienen der Duschkabine und Boden wiesen erheblichen, mindestens über Wochen entstandenen Dreck auf.
Die Toilette wies Fäkalienschmutz auf.
Auf mehrfache Bitte hin wurde dennoch keine Reinigung durchgeführt. Am dritten Tag kamen Reinigungskräfte die ohne Kommentar wieder verschwanden. Später wurde auf erläutert, sie hätten nicht putzen dürfen, weil Gegenstände von uns im Weg gewesen seien, die man nicht hätte wegräumen dürfen. Das entsprach zumindest bezüglich Toilette, Dusche und Badewanne nicht der Wahrheit. Man hätte uns auch um Hilfe bitten können.
Letztlich haben wir selbst geputzt. Wir konnten vieles von dem Dreck entfernen.
Der Staubsauger war nicht zu gebrauchen, da er zuvor ohne Beutel genutzt worden war und alten Dreck enthielt.
Küchenutensilien waren zum Teil schmutzig. Matratzen und Kopfkissen hatten Flecken. Die Sitzflächen der Kunsstoffmöbel auf dem Balkon waren gerissen. Die Toilette spülte schlecht.
Am Ende erstattete man uns etwas weniger als die Übernachtungskosten für eine Nacht und die Endreinigung. Zu wenig für den erlebten Ekel. Eine mühevolle Klage sparten wir uns.
Die gebuchte Bettwäsche war am Ankunftsabend nicht vorhanden.
Die Schlafzimmer sind wirklich klein. Vor den Fenstern wurde oft früh laut das Treppenhaus gewischt.
Der Parkplatz ist 15. Min. entfernt. Für 1 h darf man auf des Gelände näher an die Wohnung heranfahren. Von der Parkmöglichkeit dort sind es aber immer noch ca. 100 m zu gehen mit Steigung und Treppen.
Entfernungen zu Fuß: nächster Strand ist ca. 30 min., Minizug, der zu einem Steinstrand fährt (es gibst auch Sandstrände) ca. 15 min, (nicht benutzt aus Sorge, keinen Platz zu finden),nächste Pools ca. 10 Min.. Liegemöglichkeiten an den Pools sind beengt.
Die Verwaltung war bei der Beseitigung der wichtigsten Mängel (Schmutz) untätig und hatte auch bei der fehlenden Schlafmöglichkeit in der ersten Nacht keine Lösung angeboten.
