The location was great, and the price was very low for London which made me worry at first. But the room was cute, I had a choice between a room with a window and one with air conditioning, it was end of summer and the open window was great for me (plus the room was equipped with a standing fan).
The bed was comfortable, the room was equipped with a kettle and tea / coffee, the bathroom was spacious enough for one person.
The doors in the hallway closed loudly, and whenever they moved it also made my door rattle a bit so a tad disruptive. The doors only lock by key so you can’t just let them close behind you which can be worrying for someone with safety concerns.

On the plus side: there was a fridge in the room and the water was very hot. A radiator kept the room warm and the bed was comfortable.
On the minus side: no soundproofing at all. Carpet was stained and dirty, very little room for clothes, the TV only showed very, very odd channels. Not having a window was weirder than I thought it would be. The corridor outside was piled with black plastic sacks, maybe bedding - bit of a fire risk I think. One chair in the room - odd for a room designed for three people.
