Very clean, facilities were excellent, owner was extremely helpful and the wider resort was brilliant.

The caravan was like a home from home, cosy, clean, had everything you needed and plenty of games and books to keep you occupied. Caravan was sited in a quiet part of the camp, within walking distance to the Viking pub on site and the bus stop to the rest of the site making it easy to get around.
Nothing.

We had a lovely weekend and yes the unit is comfy. There was one unit opposite playing music quite loud which was a bit of an off put but as we only stayed the weekend it was tolerable. Geoff was a really nice guy so I am reluctant to point out negatives but feel he would respect our feelings to be honest.
Unfare neighbour, and the big beds linen didnt smell clean.. We went to Aldi and bought a new set and found another bottem sheet in the cupboard. We also bought a set for the larger twin beds for our daughter. We found the walls between the bedrooms a bit thin so I tried to sleep in the smaller beds, that wasnt comfortable. It could do with some hooks or something in the shower room so as to hang dressing gowns. Also in the shower something to put shower gels/shampoos on. Just a thought.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the willows. We love the quietness of the willows, the caravan is excellent and have everything you need, The hosts are always so friendly and easy to get hold of if you need anything, cant wait to come back next year
