Conveniently located near train station
The mattress is too soft and hurt my back;
There’s a step to inner rooms, even with a sign, is too dangerous and I nearly fell over;
Only when I insisted on free storage of luggage (this is supposed to be offered by any property), the owner agreed ultimately. He originally wanted to charge extra 5€, which is not specified on listing and sounded unethical and may scam anyone who wont insist.

La posizione, la pulizia , la comodità e la possibilità di poter fare il check in a qualsiasi ora in piena autonomia

Host was very nice and it’s close to the train station.
It is very noisy. Just in front of the room there is some kind of a dancing school, noise and loud music from 7pm to 1am. No soundproofing between rooms. We didn’t have water between 2pm and 7pm. It was a general issue because of construction outside, but still impacted experience.
