Would Never Come Back
Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable.
We have had a very unpleasant stay at this location. When we arrived after notifying what time we would be there at 7pm in the evening, the space was still being cleaned and we had to wait to gain acess.
The rooms were in the basement of the home that was unbearably freezing for our Family. We asked to have the temperature set to a comfortable temperature but it never got better. They told us to close all the vents and even when we did that it was still freezing. My entire family was cold the whole time. There was only one extra blanket. So we had to stay in the bed to be warm.
The smells from whatever other guest were cooking at 1am in the morning were nauseating and woke us up out of our sleep along with furniture moving around between 1am to 4am that you could loudly hear.
We tried to deal with all of this any way.
The other guests above us started playing loud music that we could not hear ourselves talk or hear the tv at a normal level. When the music/ party started above us at 4pm we checked out one day early.
They wouldn't give a refund or some type of credit for all of these inconveniences on top of the fact that we checked out earlier than expected. Their reasoning for no partial refund/credit is that we didn't check out early in the morning.
This is not ideal for anyone who cares about comfort and being able to sleep through the night while away from home.
